Denver Public Library's GT System Site The GT System is an online tool that the library uses to track gamer scores. The cool thing about this is that kids across the city (and country!) can see how they stack up against other library gamers. All libraries use a consistent scoring system which means a score at a branch in Denver on Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the same as a score you would get in Detroit, MI or Portland, OR. The GT System also incorporates comments and a blog function so players can leave messages online. Also, kids can keep and track their scores over time to see how they have improved. DPL will use this function to qualify kids for branch teams who will represent the library against other libraries. Awesome!
